I have been given the go-ahead by the Board to work with the Manager to create an "overview" of Board decisions and how they related to By-laws and other documents. I would love to get any comments people have.

"I have lived hear for 28 yrs. and in the beginning we had directors that were interested in keeping the conquistador in the beautiful setting that the original boards took pride in establishing. The past five years the board has done nothing to maintain or improve the properties.
THE PRESIDENT FOR THE PAST 2 YRS ANTAGONIZED THE HOME OWNERS WHO CHOSE TO IMPROVE THE LANDSCAPING AROUND THEM BY REPLACING THE DEAD SHRUBS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE. Now she's back again as Chairman to dictate what we can't improve rather than the board refurbishing these dead plants. By the way, most of them are 28 years old! There is a positive thing, Roger has done a great job handling our funds."

We need a Board that is genuinely concerned about the physical state of this community and the plummeting property values. I can honestly say that I am willing to go to any lengths to restore this community to the community that we moved into 6 years ago. We don't even have sod anywhere near our home, just dirt and leaves. The last time that the area in front of our homes was cleaned out was approximately 2 years ago when I DID IT!!
Enough about me, This situation exists all around this property. It is a disgrace. I definitely feel bad for our new property manager and the many calls that he must be getting. Something must be done "NOW".

"I so want to get out of this place. Our condo is infested with ants and the grounds are gross. Jeff tries but what can one person do? The only time that we didn't have bug problems was when Baker was here. Anytime that these people try to save money they make things worse around here. They have no problem raising our rates."

"There is a person on Tarragona Court parking in a handicap spot. This person has no handicap. She doesn't even have a handicap sticker or anything. There are other people around her that need the spot and she is so ignorant that it doesn't even bother her. How rude can you be!"

Note: The Watchdogs investigated this and "A Concerned Neighbor" may have a valid point. All other cars on this block using the handicap spots clearly have a handicap placard displayed from their rear view mirror. This person does not.
