SHOULD SHORES HOMEOWNERS HAVE A VOICE?
As has been recently reported, your monthly association fees contribute to over 50% of the operating costs of the Riverview Club facilities.
Currently, "YOU" the homeowner have no voice regarding the use of these facilities nor enjoy the use thereof unless you choose to pay additional fees. It is our belief that any facility that is funded by “ALL” should be available to “ALL”.

The Riverview Club facilities are hereby defined as The Club building, adjacent pool with adjoining facilities, as well as the grounds located to the south and west of the pool facilities. ie.; soccer field and shuffleboard court areas.
Our goal is to open up these facilities to the general Service Corporation membership and create a committee comprised of homeowners vested with the responsibility of providing guidance to our Service Corporation Board of Directors and creating a plan for management and operation of the Riverview Club facilities to the benefit of all.
It is our belief that heading in this direction will create a better sense of “Community Unity” and help to improve property values as we move forward in spite of a troubling economy.
